Mô tả công việc
• Manage approximately 120 staff (Vietnamese) and outsourced labor to solve daily operational activities, issues and improve the process.
• Monitor and manage all operation activities and report to Hyosung.
• Oversee productivity and improvement of packaging and loading/unloading operations in the plastic (PP) warehouse.
• Support communication between client and on-site personnel.
• Vietnamese documentation skill + system managing + data analysis.
Yêu cầu
• Education: University Graduate (Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields)
• Language Requirements:
- Korean (Advance): Topic Level 5 or above. Able to communicate satisfactorily in most work-related situations.
-English (Intermediate): Limited communication possible in work-related situations.
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in Logistics, experience in warehouse operation.
• Study abroad in Korea or prior experience in Korea manufacturing is a significant advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to manage stakeholders as well as internal team.
• Strong sense of responsibility.
• Must be proactive and able to work under high pressure.
