Warehouse Manager (Logistics Field)

A well known international 3rd party logistics company is looking for a warehouse manager to run the 24/7 warehouse operations with the requirements as below:
- Responsible for planning, directing and managing the 24/7 operation of the goods inbound/outbound.
- Making sure that separated products are stored and managed correctly.
- Schedule all the task related to health and satisfy customer's expectation.
- Ensure that goods and services are taken care efficiently.
- Ensure the correct amount is delivered/ received at the right cost with the right level of quality with the right quantity between Delivery Note / PO/ Invoice.., Goods Received Note/ PO/ Invoice...
- Maintaining all the lead time set up and investigate for anytime longer time incurred.
- Estimating cost and setting the quality standard, monitoring the production process and adjusting schedules as needed being responsible for the selection of equipment, monitoring products standards and implementing the quality control program.
- Liaising among different departments, suppliers, managers, working with managers to implement the company's policies and goals , ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed , supervising & motivating all team of workers, reviewing the performance, identifying training needed.
- Monthly report KPIs and analyze the efficiency of the Warehouse & Logistic system, liaison with the Management Team for any improvement needed.
