Promoting the Warehouse Business & LD business to Mainfreight worldwide network.
Finding new potential WH &LD customers and strategy WH & LD accounts
Develop a strong sales pipeline in accordance with company strategy, with focus on WND business.
Advising the Country Manager in planning, organizing and implementing logistics activities.
Organize and operate the company's warehouse and transportation.
Control profit and Loss of Warehouse and Distribution
Manage all WH & LD related vendors including all trucks, movers, packaging, suppliers,..
Managing and operating the WH sales team doing well, recruiting & developing and training WH &LD sales team.
Report to Country Manager or upper level when required

Yêu cầu
Bachelor degree in Business Management, Major in Economic/ Foreign Trade/ Maritime or Engineering with subjects like logistics, port management and shipping.
Rich knowledge of Warehouse and Local Distribution/Domestics
Experience Sales in Warehousing/Logistics with 4-5 years background of management is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills;
Innovative - trying to see possibilities rather than problems
Works independently and good at team working
Good English skills
