Warehouse Manager

Maintain and control warehouse operational activities, including staffing, KPIs, coordinate with other Departments to ensure operation.
Formulate and implement Warehouse management strategies aligned with organizational goals in short time and long time per period.
Ensure procedure and processes are up to date and executed accordingly.

Planning and monitoring inbound and outbound ensure the quality and quantity of the goods in and out.
Maintain physical condition of warehouse, plans and implements the layout when it is needed.
Build warehouse processes to manage goods arriving status effectively to ensure the process smoothly.
Ensuring all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, and ISO requirements.
Ensuring all tasks have to be done on time, right parts/materials and correct quantity.
Provide coaching and disciplining to staffs, planing, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Develop initiatives to optimize logistics cost.
Oversee the levels of our warehouse stock and request place orders to SC as needed.
Ensure inventory accuracy and issuing the monthly report to Senior Manufacturing manager and Finance team and get full responsibility to explain to top management team if any incorrect report data.
