Previous warehouse/distribution experience preferred.
Experience in using systems (Supply Chain systems) as well as upload/extract files from the systems Min 2-5 years
Fluently in English, and good in computer skills, experience with WHS (warehouse management systems)
University Graduation, Computer competence such as Excels, Windows,[protected info] daily reports in KPI/ Index as inquired with correct & sufficient ways.

Implement Pick-Pack & bar code project in CWH and all other branches
Pick pack, shelves improvement to efficiciency KPIs for braches warehouse & CWH
Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
Supervise the activities of general warehouse operations by maintain a clear and safe environment while being compliant with Company and Governement Safety Guideline
Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system in corporate with Central warehouse, branches warehouses
Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement
Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. Control warehouse staff efficiency
Improve packaging satisfaction by KPI with SMART process
Plan, supervise & report costs of packaging as well customers's satisfaction.
Incorporating with other department and Central warehouse to improve efficiency
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Warehousing
Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisor in HN, DN, HCMC, CT to set up efficient & accuracy warehousing controlling process in comply with standard Oriflame WMS by Q1 2017
For Import/Export goods to and pro Central warehouse: following shipping specifications. Seals, glues, labels, and/or bands shipping containers to assure closure and proper protection & secured.
Managing label implementation in comply with VN Regulation on Labels with proper template
Bar code label printing for all codes at CWH in comply with VN Regulation
Responsible for warehouse shelves, bar code project Stock count supervising & report directly to Operation Manager on expiry, suggest for short term expiry goods
Participate & Implement Cumulus warehousing with Region and Local Team.
Plan / Arrange Warehouse mapping nationwide, storage locations to allow for maximum space in proper to bar code project as well as Pick & Pack project.
Perform other duties as may be required; keep work areas and machines clean, observe company safety rules and wear appropriate PPE.
Coordinating with related department and reports index relates to warehouses, renovating process/projects in time and sufficiently and reduce expiry goods/damaged goods in KPI index
Ready to travel to other branches in/outbound of VN as inquired
Responsible for Security systems in warehouse such as controlling camera, antifire system,...n Central warehouse and branches warehouse to secure goods in safety
Supervise warehouse construction/renovation as inquired
Train & Support warehouse staff in line with WHS regulation & requirement with cooperation to WH Supervisor.
Pick - pack process implementation
Implement Pick & Pack & bar code project lines in CWH, Nationwide warehouses with Oriflame WMS in time as plan.
Participate in Pick & Pack lines installation in CWH and other warehouse in 2018
Supervise and report on WHS on Pick & Pack with bar codes after installation & actual operation
To set up KPI submit to Operation Manager for approval and report in time defects/unsecure potential warehousing P2 issues to OM and suggest solutions if any
Team up the P2 organization and KPI to increase efficiency & saving cost, timing
in delivery order to consultant (SPO, Postal, PUP)
Travel to support other Branches 's warehouse nationwide if inquired.
