Working schedule:
44 hours/week (Off Saturday & Sunday)
Job purpose:
Oversee, optimize, and improve warehouse operational processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and safety in material storage and handling. Ensure warehouse processes effectively support the company's supply chain and manufacturing operations.
Job description:
Design warehouse processes: define process steps and ensure they meet customer specifications.
Create necessary documents such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, and Visual Aids to support employees in following correct procedures.
Act as the warehouse team lead on new projects, ensuring implementation stays on schedule and meets requirements.
Apply problem-solving techniques to enhance quality and productivity.
Understand and effectively use continuous improvement tools in daily work.
Research and propose new warehouse processes and technologies as needed to optimize
Support additional tasks assigned by management.
Requirement:
2-3 years as a process engineer in manufacturing production
Strong knowledge (and practice) in manufacturing/warehouse processes.
Very Good English: verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work well with others in a team-based environment.
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with all levels in the organization while remaining customer-oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc)
