- We are expanding at our Nhon Trach 1, Dong Nai site and is actively hiring key talents to build a new engineering team supporting our next phase of growth.
Work Location: NHƠN TRẠCH 1 - ĐỒNG NAI
Role Summary: Responsible for production planning, work order control, and inventory coordination to ensure on-time delivery, optimal capacity utilization, and inventory accuracy. Acts as a key interface between Production, Planning, Warehouse, and Customer teams.
Key Responsibilities
1/ Production Planning & Scheduling (30%)
- Develop and maintain production schedules aligned with demand and capacity
- Review and release work orders (WO) to production
- Coordinate with Planning, IE, and Production to ensure schedule adherence
- Monitor progress and expedite orders to meet delivery timelines
2/ Work Order & Material Control (25%)
- Manage material allocation and issuing per WO
- Ensure timely GR/GI transactions in ERP (SAP or equivalent)
- Coordinate material availability to avoid production delays
- Maintain rolling forecast of raw materials to optimize lead time
3/ Inventory Management & Accuracy (20%)
- Perform regular inventory reconciliation (system vs physical)
- Control consumables and raw material stock levels
- Monitor slow-moving, rework, and excess inventory
- Ensure accurate and timely inventory reporting
4/ Cross-functional Coordination & Delivery (15%)
- Collaborate with Production, Planning, IE, and Logistics for on-time delivery
- Ensure all shipments meet documentation and compliance requirements
- Communicate with internal and overseas stakeholders on order status
5/ Process Compliance & Continuous Improvement (10%)
- Ensure compliance with safety, 5S, and operational procedures
- Identify process improvement opportunities in planning and inventory flow
- Support digital/system improvements (ERP, reporting tools)
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning, warehouse, or supply chain in manufacturing
- Strong planning and coordination skills
- Good understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Good English proficiency
