Summary and Essential Duties:
Responsible for the over site of the 3PL management teams functions in of all aspects of Warehousing/ Distribution Operations in order to ensure that all Company policies are followed and that operating groups work in the most efficient manner possible to ensure maximum results are realized. Work with the 3PL's to ensure KPI's are met and all compliance items are adhered to.
Essential Duties:
- Act as a Liason with the 3PL's and OnPoint
- Be the on-site OnPoint representative and engage with the management team of 3PL's on daily progress
- Work with Quality & Compliance (KSCL) team to ensure all processes are followed
- Work with our QC team and the 3PL's QC team to ensure all products are random checking about the quality & expiry date.
- Open and inspect 40-60 completed orders daily to do accuracy and packing compliance
- Walk the pick line daily to check on pick front accuracy to include Lot Integrity
- Do random cycle count accuracy checks to ensure 3PL's reporting is accurate
- Meet weekly with the on-site management to review KPI performance and ongoing projects.
- Present Monthly in the OnPoint Accountability Presentation along with the Head Of Operation
- Verify the billing and make the monthly payment with OnPoint accountant and 3PL's accountant team
- Work with Site Management Team on Cost Reduction Projects to include 6 Sigma and Kaizen events
- Other duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu
- Position requires 3-5 years of experience working in warehouse/distribution environment.
- Must have B.S. degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or similar field is preferred.
- Knowledge and experience with lean manufacturing, logistics, process mapping and project management techniques highly valued.
- Must be capable of, and experienced in, working independently as well as with different functional areas (operations, purchasing, logistics, finance, engineering, marketing and customer service).
- Strong attention to detail required.
- Ability to manage time and meet deadlines as required.
- Minimal travel to OnPoint could be required.
- Exceptional Excel, analytical and ERP system skills are preferred. Must be capable of defining, analyzing and resolving complicated problems.
