Warehouse Supervisor

We're having significant manufacturing base in Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Zone, Dong Nai named TRUAIRE Vietnam.
We're looking for a Warehouse Supervisor responsible to work closely with internal groups and to coordinate the corresponding manufacturing partnership team(s) (Import/Export, Planning, Production, Purchasing). Ensures continued supply of Products / Finished Products as per market demand.
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership, direction, guidance, and all aspects of the warehouse operations.
*** Responsibilities & Duties
• Set up, maintain, and improve the efficiency of warehouse processes.
• Responsible for warehouse management including labor, equipment, layout, and inventory.
• Manage the overall operations of the warehouse: Receiving, putting away, kitting, returning, inventory, loading, and unloading process.
• Responsible for the efficient and safe operation of all materials handling equipment such as overhead cranes, forklifts
• Responsible for inventory accuracy from both internal warehouse and external warehouse
• Control and analyze inventory levels for demand plans for both inventory and cost efficiency.
• Control and manage physical inventory movements through transactions in ERP.
• Organize the physical count daily and periodically.
• Ensure the optimal utilization of space through warehouse consolidation.
• Complete all necessary daily, weekly, monthly, and reports in a timely and accurate.
• Other tasks as assigned by Plant Director.
