Mô tả công việc
Managing and operating the main warehouse is an essential pillar of the service operations in Vietnam.
This position is vital to coordinate work with workers at the main warehouse to ensure a high efficiency and smooth operation.
* Main responsibilities
- Monitoring of material bookings (COGI, results from service order monitoring)
- Announce Shipments within Vietnam
- Second level support MM bookings
- Material dispatching (check demands + create SAP deliveries)
- Organization/ processing of returns
- Material supply (Check + Adjust MRP, reminders)
- Goods receipt booking/processing
- Handling of materials with special treatments requirement
- Simple demand planning (safety stock)
- Responsible to initiate + control stock counting
- Lead warehouse clerks of main warehouse and service station clerks
* Secondary responsibilities
- Handling error message of Equipment booking
- Check slow moving items
- Dispose waste & defect materials and arrange defect materials/ equipment for recycling or return to Germany
- Tools & equipment handling
- Booking of stock corrections
- Special tool handling
- Claim management (Q notifications)
- NC handling
- Monitoring for main warehouse KPIs
Yêu cầu
- Degree in logistics, supply chain, business or related field and 2+ years of related experience
- Knowledge in logistics and warehousing, spare part management
- Strong proven writing and oral communications skills in English and Vietnamese
- Experience in Stock management, Transport organization, Packing/ Receiving/ Shipping deliveries
- Experience in non-conformities and defect materials management is preferred
- Knowledge of tools and equipment is preferred
- SAP is preferred
- Basic IT knowledge
