Mô tả công việc
Organize, arrange work and staff internally
Supervise the daily work of operation team in the warehouse
Monitor the operating progress of the operations department, making adjustments as needed to meet client demands
Handle customer claims and resolve
Follow up the customer requested daily, monitor the accuracy and timeliness
and outbound orders according to company standards, and communicate and coordinate warehouse operations to ensure optimal distribution and timeliness.
Manage daily PO, Planning for deliveries, Monitoring shipment & report.
Review operation costing, ensuring operational efficiency & P/L analysis report
And other work (if any)
Yêu cầu
Graduate from college or higher
Have 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
Proficient in English communication skills: listening, speaking, reading, writing
Proficient in Microsoft excel, word, outlook
Good communication skill
Problem-solving skills
Customer care skills
Good teamwork
