Web / Mobile UI Designer

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled UI Designer with 3-4 years of experience to lead the visual design of our web portals and mobile apps. The ideal candidate will create modern, user-friendly interfaces that incorporate full functionalities such as billing systems, dashboards, helpdesk integrations, user management, and analytics. You'll collaborate with developers, and product teams to ensure designs are feasible, responsive, and aligned with our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-fidelity UI prototypes for a comprehensive web portal.
• Develop UI designs for our mobile app, optimizing for mobile responsiveness and touch interactions.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Conduct design iterations based on user feedback, testing results, and stakeholder input.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into visually appealing and functional designs.
• Maintain and evolve our design system, including component libraries, style guides, and icon sets.
• Stay updated on UI trends, particularly in enterprise software and mobile design.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of professional experience in UI design, preferably for B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Proven portfolio showcasing web and mobile UI designs.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles, grid systems, typography, color theory, and iconography.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for prototyping and collaboration with developers.
• Understanding of front-end frameworks (e.g., React) to inform design decisions will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present designs to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
