1+ year of hands-on Webflow experience
Strong command of Webflow Designer, CMS (complex collections, filters, relations)
Advanced responsive design and layout skills
Deep understanding of Webflow best practices and common limitations

Fundamentals

Solid semantic HTML - you write clean, accessible markup that supports SEO and screen readers
Strong CSS - fluent with flexbox, grid, custom properties, responsive typography, and polish details
Comfortable reading and debugging JavaScript - you understand logic in custom code snippets, event handlers, and simple APIs
Proven ability to build and maintain scalable, maintainable structures (beyond one-off pages)
Good English and Polish communication (B2+ level) - you can clearly explain your decisions and collaborate in async/remote environments
Building reusable components - you create and maintain modular, reusable elements (symbols, components, or structured classes) that scale across pages and projects
Familiarity with Client-First, Lumos, or similar naming/structure frameworks
Work with Finsweet attributes or custom attributes for enhanced functionality
Understanding of performance optimization and Core Web Vitals
