Liaise with O&M contractors in daily operations
Operation reporting: track and maintain records for wind operations such as site performance, downtime events, parts usage or substation events
Maintain operations records, such as site inspection forms or other documentation.
Oversee the maintenance of wind field equipment or structures, such as towers, transformers, electrical collector systems, roadways, or other site assets.
Establish goals, objectives, or priorities for wind field operations.
Handle dispatching related matters
Develop relationship and communicate with customers, authorities, contractors, etc.
Manage spare parts needed to maintain, restore or improve for wind farm operations
Recruit or select wind operations contractors

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
University degree in Engineering, Electricity
Minimum 3 years experience managing wind farm project operation
Good technical understanding of wind farm
Strong leadership and management skills
Good command of English speaking and writing
Analytical thinking and Problem solving skills
Good interpersonal skills, ability to effectively manage the relationship with other teams
Advanced computer skills
