Mô tả công việc
*** Job Description ***
- Virtual assistant for Manager, who live/work in America
- Admin Customer services
- Email / Phone call Communicate with the clients
- You will have all the computers / equipment provided
***Working Hour***
- Working time : NIGHT SHIFT 12:00AM - 6:00AM (Start at mid night 12:00AM , end at 6:00AM morning )
- Duration: Tuesday to Saturday (Including public holidays in Vietnam, but only observing the public holidays in United States).
- WORK FROM HOME 100%
- Student is ok
- Student Salary by the hour. Start 70,000 VND / hour
- Probation: 1 month (85% salary)
***Your main task***
- Virtual Assistant for Manager, who live/work in America
- Respond/ Support / Communicate with customer via email
- Communicate with the customer to collect data or missing documents
- Respond and follow up with potential customers
- Arranging working schedule, meeting schedule
- Prepare documents, take notes, and organize agenda and meeting schedule
- Make regular follow-ups with the client & company's collaborators
- Report daily work

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
