1) Production management
• Receive the service requested order from customers.
• Observe and monitor the operation of machine to ensure that the operator conform to processing standards.
• Maintain operations data, such as time, production schedule, manpower and all cost records, and prepare management reports of production results.
• Scheduling Preventive & Maintenance activities of all machines belong to Workshop , together implement maintenance activities with WS technicians.
• Coordination with Roll & Die specialist at Buhler Wuxi and Roll & Die specialist in region to learn & to improve production performance ( reducing refurbishment duration of Roll , Die to be shorter than present ).
• To be leading of innovation implement to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.
• Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.
• Plan or estimate material, tools or equipment to meet production requirement.
• Explain specifications or requirement of work order to the operator.
• Direct and coordinate the activities of workers engaged in the production, such as inspectors, machine setup or adjustment, and fabricators.
2) Support workshop
business development• Plan and modify product configurations to meet customer needs.
• Communication closely with current customers to support refurbishment business.
• Technical support to sales team to introduce workshop service such as roll Detect to support refurbishment business.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers.
• Collaborate with sales teams to promote products and to provide sales support.
• Keep records of transactions, generate sales reports and forecast.
3) Technician management
• Enforce safety and sanitation regulations.
• Quick report to direct supervisor with proposal solution to resolve worker problems, complaints or grievances.
• Motivate team's members to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.
• Conduct employee training in equipment operations or work and safety procedures
• Prepare evaluation report & promotions plan & manpower plan of team and propose to direct supervisor, together discussion to get final agreement .
• Build standards (technical standards , production standards) to reach the goals based on company policies, equipment and labor availability and workloads.
