Job Goal:
To perform the tasks in developing the yarn which focuses on the creation and selection of dyed yarns to be used in Socks and ensuring they meet color requirements and quality standards such as color shade, physical & chemical properties.
Main duty:
1. Responsible to order Color standards from CSI or COLORO
2. Coordinates with yarn supplier to arrange Lab Dip of colors
3. Manage to arrange testing of Lab Dip samples from yarn suppliers and evaluates the results
4. Communicates with supplier and customer regarding the updates of Lab Dip
5. Responsible to encode the yarn information in the system
6. Maintains and control the workload according to the given leadtime
7. Keeps all the records and physical sample of all Approved Lab Dips for reference
8. Adhere company policies , procedures and its rules and regulations in the conduct of daily work activities.
9. Observe, direct and maintain proper cleanliness/housekeeping within the area of responsibility

Level: College graduate
Languages level: Proficient in English
Computer skills: Average
Have knowledge about: Textile Dyeing & Finishing Process or any Science
profession
Essential skills: About Chemistry
Ability: Above Average
Other requirements: Honest & Determined in the job assigned
Number of years of experience: 1-2 years Working in Laboratory
Work style: Diligent
