What You'll Do
• Module 1: Three-Month Cross-Functional Learning
Gain a holistic view of VAL's business by collaborating across teams, broadening your perspective, and understanding how each function contributes to shared success.
• Module 2: Seven-Month Functional Learning
Immerse yourself in your assigned functional area to deepen your expertise, master essential processes, and build the confidence needed to thrive in your role.
• Module 3: Two-Month Project Assignment
Take ownership of a real project workstream, supported by a dedicated mentor and an executive sponsor. Deliver tangible outcomes that contribute directly to your department's objectives.
• Program Completion
Complete the learning journey and achieve defined career milestones that prepare you for future leadership roles at VAL
