- Maintain good relationship with Labour Department, Immigration and other governmental authorities in order to obtain Work Permits for Expatriate Employees particularly and other papers required for employees generally.
- In charge of Visa, Work Permit and Residence Card for all expat.
- Collaborate with the engineering, warehouse, QC, HRD, Project Engineering, R&D, and formulation departments in implementing 'trouble shooting' if problems arise in their departments.
- Monitor the implementation of production under his responsibility in accordance with the Quality Plan (production process standards, product specs, product criteria, quality standards) made by R&D and QC.
