Bridge Role:Act as the connector between Vietnam-based teams and global stakeholders, fostering alignment and smooth communication.
Customer SupportTriage:Serve as the primary point of contact for triaging customer support issues, prioritizing tasks and delegating them to the appropriate teams.
Working Time: 8:00 - 16:30, Mon -Sat (Employee can work from home on Saturday if there is no training, event or any request from the department).
Build procedures and regulations to coordinate departments (High and medium voltage) and related external units such as Contractors, EVN to operate and supply safe, reliable and stable.
Prior experience in life-science, drug-discovery, or computational biology environments (R&D workflows, lab integration, LIMS, ELN).
Translate user needs (bench scientists, computational biologists, ML engineers, R&D leaders) into clear, testable user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes.
