■募集の背景
現在、半導体製品は中長期的に見ても旺盛な需要が見込まれる中、西条工場においても高い生産供給指示が続く見込みでです。安定した製品供給のため、品質維持・改善、個々の設備の安定稼働、生産性改善、コスト削減など様々な改善活動を進めることが必須です。
また、今後の西条工場のキーデバイスとなる新規製品においては、難易度が高いプロセス条件出しや変更も検討されています。この中で、技術の継承と組織の活性化を図る上で、即戦力となる人材の補充を図ります。
直近では、フォトリソグラフィープロセスのエンジニアとして活躍を期待していますが、将来的には同技術のみに留まらず、様々な改善 活動を積極的に推進できる人材として育成していきます。
■職務内容
- 半導体製造におけるフォトリソグラフィー技術担当として、プロセス・設備に関する以下の業務を推進、実行し、高品位かつ納期、コスト面で優れた半導体製品を供給する
- 具体的な業務内容は以下の通り
1設備の生産性改善による稼働率向上
2プロセス標準化による設備能力の向上
3部品標準化、部材使用量低減、及びプロセス改善によるコスト削減
4ハードウェア故障の真因究明とその再発防止策を装置メーカと連携して推進
5製品でのトラブル、不具合についてのモデル構築、真因追究とその対策
6歩留改善に向けた欠陥(異物)低減や品質改善
7プロセス改善による歩留向上
8業務改善、標準化によるエンジニア作業の効率化向上
■人材要件
- 工業系高専卒以上
- 半導体工場やデバイスメーカ、設備メーカにおいて生産設備あるいはプロセスエンジニアの経験が3年以上
- Excel、PowerPointなどのソフトが使える
■歓迎要件
- 特にフォトリソグラフィー設備、プロセスのエンジニア経験があることが望ましい
- 半導体プロセス工程全般の技術知識を有すること
- 半導体のデバイスに関する知識を有すること
