05 Senior Java Developer

• Develop IVR applications using Cisco Call Studio(VXML) and ICM Microapps
• Integrate IVR flows with backend hosts using APIs (http- post method)
• Develop custom elements based on client specific scenarios, for example perform verify/modify pin, announce credit statement details, enquire trading balance, stock price enquiry etc. on the IVR.
• Develop multiple Java Class and extend it from Action Element Base and Implement Element Interfaces for CVP call studio custom element.
• Route calls to the agents based on caller selection (options) and pass correct call variables to display on the finesse agent desktop.
• Troubleshooting and fix bugs raised by the end users for all IVR applications (covering ICM and Finesse) which are being developed.
• Deploy IVR application on SIT and run through the success and failure scenarios before deployed to UAT and production testing.
• Integrate with ICM and troubleshoot the issues on CVP/ICM
• Create dynamic SQL Dynamic queries or stored procedure calls
• Use core Java skill and utilize use struts-2 for developing customized web portal for CVP for uploading media files and enabling or disable for all the hotlines.

Though Java, JSP, JS development and host integrations are more or less on track, but we need developers to help the team to fix the defects or bugs during the intense testing period in UAT.
