Mô tả công việc

The Senior Software QC Engineer is responsible for performing the testing tasks. The duties and responsibilities describe how the Senior Software QC Engineer should work what they will be evaluated on
- Follow & apply the company process.
- Do manual testing in Web/desktop/mobile applications independence
- Identify unclear or inconsistent items in specifications and ask questions to clarify these
- Analyze and raise the issues, propose the solution/method to improve the system
- Review and accept the project plan at the start of the project and specifically the milestones and hours for test case writing and testing
- Develop the test strategy and workflow/framework for testing in the project
- Have a proactive and good work relationship with other team members
- Support the project estimation for testing tasks
- Assist with the implementation of QC policies and procedures
- Assist with complying to process standard

Yêu cầu

- Good English skills to understand specifications (in English)
- General IT knowledge
- Good written communication skills
- Is able to use Microsoft Office.
- A commitment to deliver quality applications
- Has basic knowledge in the testing concept.
- Carefulness
- Logical thinking/ Effective Thinking
- Time management skills
- ISTQB/ISEB Foundation level or equivalence.
- Independence to work in assigned testing tasks.
- Being good in designing Test cases which are clear, organized by applying the testing techniques.
- Execute test, analyze the issues, and propose the solution/method to improve the system.
- Understand and Experience to work in different software development process (RUP, Agile)
- Ability to disseminate technical information in a team environment
- Responsible for creating the test plan in the assigned projects
- Develop the test strategy and workflow/framework for testing in the project
- Coaching the staff in slower level for testing tasks in the project.
- Leading QC team (1-2 team members) in the project.
- Have knowledge of Automated Testing is plus
- Has 3-6 year experience in testing.
