Mô tả công việc
• Preparing 2D and technical drawings for architecture design and interior design
• Producing 2D technical and detailed drawings as defined by the project manager and concept team.
• Visiting sites, taking dimensions of the existing and produce necessary drawings
• Design and propose construction details
• Providing illustrations for products whenever necessary.
• Setting up space model by using sketch up
• Controlling quality of 2D designs at all stages of design.
• Coordinating to print and bind all materials according to project requirements.
• Controlling design project files.
• Visit construction site and report to Design manager/ Senior Designer regarding technical issues
• Performing other tasks as assigned by team leader and manager
• Support to prepare specifications
Yêu cầu
• Can-do attitude, proactive communication and attention to details
• University degree in Architecture or Interior Design Major.
• From 5 years' experience or above
• Proficiency in using in order of importance: Autocad, sketch up, excel /Microsoft Office and office machines
• Ability to use other softwares (3d max, Illustrator, Indesign, etc...) is a plus
• Good English communication and writing.
• Aesthetical, creative, organization skills
• Enthusiast in learning and improving for personal and career development.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member, under pressure and tight deadline with minimum supervision.
• Critical thinking to solve/foresee problems independently
• Good knowledge of construction details and materials
• Good hand sketching skills
• Contact suppliers and organize specifications (material, lighting, furniture ,...)
