3D Rendering Specialist

• Degree in architecture, 3D design, or a related field
• Experience: 3 to 10 years in the field of architecture

Technical Skills:
• Excellent command of 3D rendering and modeling software (SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, etc.)
• In-depth knowledge of the Adobe suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
• Experience in post-production and image retouching (Lightroom)
• Proficiency in 3ds Max and Lumion, starting from SketchUp volumes
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit (planned for implementation this year)
Languages:
• Good command of English to ensure clear and effective communication (perfect English is not necessary, the person will not have to write presentation texts)
Key point:
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional achievements in architectural rendering required
