Position: Real Estate Researcher - Trading = Nhân viên nghiên cứu thị trường bất động sản
Job Code: 57457
Responsibility
・Research markets and competitors for insights. Collect data and relevant information for real estate project development planning.
・Research and collect information in various fields to support business: legal, finance, politics etc.
・Work with partners, attend meetings with customers for discussions and negotiations.
・Research and provide analysis for projects including feasibility study, financial analysis, development planning analysis etc.
・Prepare reports and paperwork as requested
・Assist other departments with tasks related to real estate business.
・Translating English into Vietnamese in the meeting
・Other tasks as assigned by management.
- Working location: Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi
- Working Time: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri (no Sat))
- Monthly Salary: 800-1,500USDYêu cầu
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Requirements
・Education: College and above in Finance, Economics, Commerce or Banking majors.
・Gender: Any
・Age: 25-30 years old
・Language: English Business level (TOEIC over 800 score, IELTS over 6.5)
・Experience: More than 2 years working experience in the field of bank, real estate or consulting.
・Skills: Good MS Office
Preferable Skill / Experience
・Have Japanese skill.
・Have experience working with Japanese people.
・Have wide network in this field
・Good knowledge of the market & economics, knowledge in real estate.
Personality
・Good communication skill.
・Good negotiation skill.
・Good organization and analysis skills.
