Mô tả công việc
1. Talent Acquisition (50%)
• Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs
• Source potential candidates through online channels
• Design job descriptions and interview questions or test that reflect each position's requirements
• Conduct the mass recruitment/interview based on recruitment process
• Lead employer branding initiatives
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
• Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by departments
• Improve the recruitment process
2. Talent Development (30%)
• Set up and maintain training facilities and training materials
• Coordinate with other departments for the Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
• Conduct the orientation training for new hires and training evaluation
• Coordinate with the training vendors to implement the training courses
• Combine performance review with employee's needs to make suggestions for retention via internal training programs
• Improve the training process
3. Employee Relations (20%)
• Update and maintain employment policies
• Manage employee relation activities and improve the employee engagement
• Manage resignation process, conduct exit interview
• Deal with all employee relations issues and maintain good employee relations
• Consult with Trade Union
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Law, English or related ones
• 03 + years of working experience in the familiar position
• Having a solid knowledge of: Human Resources Management, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and Employee Relations
• Have a good knowledge of labor law, HRIS and retail industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet and social networking
• Fluent in English. Knowing Japanese or other foreign languages is an advantage
• Communication and presentation skills

• Time-management, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Collaboration and independent skills
• Honest, careful and full of responsibility
