Job Details
Position: Sales Coordinator- Manufacturing
Job Code: 98315
Responsibility
Support to the sales team as coordinator. Contribute to the company's sales growth and is responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships.
• Provide support for the sales team.
• Respond to customer inquiries from ZALO, company e-mail, and company site in a timely manner
• Liaise with appropriate departments to answer distributors and customers on lead times, technical questions, complaints, sales channels, and general questions.
• Respond to delivery inquiries by order confirmation.
• Generate forecasts for significant distributors.
• Purchase order data entry.
• Liaison with HQ for shipping and delivery arrangements.
• Generate Invoice.
• In order to understand sales activity, you are going to join sales meeting with client.
• Research new markets, and new industries to know the size of the company and the kinds of business
- Working location: TIEN DU DIST., BAC NINH
- Monthly Salary: 9,200,000-18,500,000VND

Requirements
・Education: Bachelor or above
・Age: 22-29
・Gender: Female only
・Language: English Business level.
・Experience:
- At least 1 of working experience as sales support/trading position in manufacturing industry.
- Fresh graduates are also welcome (Need to have a bachelor's degree related to business, logistics/trading or mechanical engineering)
- Able to do multi-task and have the initiative to get jobs done.
- Candidate must be a self-motivated person
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to learn new things and adapt to multi-culture.
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
・A caring person who can make suggestions to support the customer's needs and support the sales team.
・Understanding basic INCO terms would be an advantage.
・Have working experience in a Japanese company
・Academic Qualification: Min. Diploma in Business, Logistics, Communications, or related fields.
