1. Academic & Parent Coordination
● Coordinate class schedules between parents and teachers, inform them of any changes, and ensure smooth communication on all academic matters.
● Act as the primary contact for parents by providing timely updates on student progress (daily and monthly) and responding to messages or calls in a clear and professional manner.
● Monitor student learning closely and follow up with parents regularly to maintain trust, satisfaction, and long-term retention.
● Proactively identify parent concerns and resolve issues early to ensure high customer satisfaction.
2. Customer Service & Consultation
● Arrange placement tests, schedule consultations, and provide course recommendations for both new and existing parents based on student needs and level.
● Respond to customer questions or concerns and pass on any serious issues to the right team.
● Build and maintain good relationships with students and their families.
3. Administrative Support
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, ensuring confidentiality.
● Support the organization of internal meetings, workshops, seminars, and parent-teacher conferences.
● Perform other duties as assigned by the management team to support academic and operational needs.
4. Front Desk & Operations
● Always be present at the front desk to greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a friendly and professional way.
● Keep the reception area clean and organized.
● Check students in and out, take attendance, and guide them to the correct classrooms.
● Help with the registration and enrollment of new students.
Yêu cầu
● Language requirement: good command of English (equivalent of IELTS 6.5 or higher).
● Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
● Experience in sales, customer consultation, or service-based roles is a strong advantage.
● Strong communication and persuasion skills, especially in handling parent conversations via text and calls.
● Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
● Experience in working with children is preferred.
● Organization, planning, and problem-solving skills.
● Collaboration and teamwork abilities.
● Compassionate, positive, and encouraging attitude.
● Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and Canva; efficient use of AI is an asset.
● Have a personal laptop
