Job Summary
The Academic Coordinator (MBA Programs) is responsible for leading the development, enhancement, and quality assurance of MBA and executive education programs. This role oversees curriculum design, program innovation, faculty collaboration, and academic quality to ensure programs remain academically rigorous, industry-relevant, and aligned with institutional strategy. The position works closely with academic leaders, industry experts, and faculty members to create high-quality learning experiences that meet international standards and market needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of MBA and executive education programs.
• Develop program structures, curriculum frameworks, learning outcomes, and course specifications aligned with international quality standards.
• Collaborate with faculty members, subject matter experts, and industry partners to develop and update course content.
• Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify emerging trends and recommend new program offerings.
• Ensure curriculum relevance through integration of current business practices, digital transformation, AI applications, sustainability, and global management perspectives.
• Establish and maintain academic quality assurance processes, including curriculum review and program evaluation.
• Manage program approval and curriculum review processes across internal stakeholders.
• Monitor program performance through student feedback, learning outcomes, and industry engagement, and recommend continuous improvements.
• Work closely with Marketing, Admissions, and Corporate Relations teams to provide academic input for program positioning and promotional materials.

Skills Required
• Strong curriculum design and program development capabilities.
• Excellent understanding of postgraduate business education and MBA curriculum standards.
• Knowledge of learning design principles and outcome-based education.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (e.g., Canvas) and educational technologies.
• Ability to translate industry needs into high-quality academic programs.
Educational Requirements
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) is required.
• IELTS 6.5
Experience Required
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in higher education, business education, executive education, or academic program management.
• Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, or reviewing MBA or postgraduate business programs.
• Experience working with curriculum development, learning outcomes, and quality assurance frameworks.
• Experience collaborating with faculty, industry practitioners, and external academic partners.
• Experience in accreditation processes or international education is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience developing executive education, professional development, or customized corporate training programs.
• Familiarity with international accreditation standards (AACSB, EQUIS, AMBA, or similar).
• Experience in digital learning design, blended learning, or AI-enabled education is an advantage.
