Mô tả công việc
• Planning the content of curriculum materials.
• Studying textbooks, instructional materials, and smart learning platforms to create training programs and resources, including on-site training seminars, e-training, on-the-job coaching, etc.
• Conducting monthly training sessions for teachers and academic staffs.
• Developing e-training programs, teacher resources, job aids, and troubleshooting guides.
• Observing classes and analyzing students' assessment results on a regular basis to maintain class quality and identify training needs.
• Studying smart learning platforms and teaching pilot classes to improve platform quality and functionality.
• Assisting with class operations when necessary.

Yêu cầu
Obligations:
• A minimum of bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
• A minimum of one year of experience in teaching English to children from 5 to 13 years old.
• Proven ability to utilize technology in teaching English and managing classrooms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Adaptability and flexibility with a can-do attitude.
Preference:
• 1 to 2 years of experience in training language teachers.
• Experience or knowledge of smart learning platforms and e-training platforms.
• Experience or knowledge of EFL curriculum and textbooks.
