Role Overview:
As the Account Director, you will serve as the strategic engine of our agency, bridging the gap between aggressive business growth and exceptional client retention. You are not just managing accounts; you are scaling
business development members and service powerhouse. We are looking for a talented expert who understands media performance and has a proven track record of leading large teams to reach a goal in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Business Development Team and Clients Service Team.
Achieving annual revenue targets and optimizing profit margins.
Developing sales strategies based on market trends.
Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and advertisers.
Managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing, ensuring accurate forecasting.
Leading, couching, and mentoring the sales team while setting performance KPIs.
Collaborating with operations, creative to enhance proposal quality.
Qualifications:
Over 05 years of experience to work at Digital Media Agency.
Experiences to lead the sales team (over 15 members) in the Digital Media Agency.
Experiences in performance marketing on Digital Media Ads.
(Nice-to-Have Skills) Experience in IMC Marketing on Digital Media Ads.
Leadership, motivation and team development skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
Proficient in English and Vietnamese.
