We are looking for team oriented, collaborative people to keep the projects on time, on budget, on quality and on strategy. We know it sounds like a lot, but for a super-rock-star interactive Account Executive, it's as easy as counting one two three. Does this sound like you? If so, let us hear from you.
Responsibilities
To handle assigned accounts & projects under the supervision of a Sales Managers.
To provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers' dedication.
To remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs under the supervision of a Sales Managers.
To perform day-to-day account work which may include: doing paperwork, coordinating meetings/ events/ campaigns, contacting/maintaining clients, preparing vendor contracts, internal briefs, payments ...
To get the knowledge on respective brands/ clients and understand the operational side between client and internal teams to support Sales Managers.
To maintain proper coordination among different internal teams - project management.
To be good in managing & implementing projects/ campaigns in terms of meeting timeline and highlighting issues to the immediate manager on issues to ensure smooth operations.
To assist to ensure works are completed in time, in high quality and within budget.
To respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company's reputation under the supervision of a Sales Managers.
To progress monitoring and reporting by keeping records of sales and data
Project planning and task scheduling.
Proactively communicate the project status through regular reports, meetings, emails, etc. to the required project expectations.
Advise as necessary throughout the project, inform potential issues such as delays and budget overrun and work to find solutions to ensure the development standards, budget and program appropriately achieved.
Manage all projects resources allocated to each project and ensure program and project quality is achieved.
Exhibit the discipline and general management skills to make sure that the team follows the standard processes and procedures.
To perform other tasks upon requests.

Yêu cầu

Minimum 2-3 years of experience at relevant positions as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role. Experience in an international agency is a plus
BA in business administration, Sales or Marketing
Experience in 360* Advertising campaigns are a plus.
High sense of responsibility, self-motivated, proactive and detail oriented.
Able to work under high pressure and tight deadlines.
Be able to work individually and as part of a team; and work under pressure.
Excellent negotiation, presentation and time management skills.
Excellent MS computer skills (MSWord, Power Point, Excel), and fluent in written and spoken English is a plus;
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Strong passion to be a successful early stage start-up team member
We expect you will have a reasonable understanding/interest in mobile technology or services to help sell a new innovative product in a business to business environment.
