We are looking for a competent Account Executive to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships. You'll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in sales and customer service. We expect you to be a reliable professional, able to balance customer orientation and a results-driven approach.
Your overarching goal is to identify opportunities with prospects and new clients and build them into long-term profitable relationships.
Yêu cầu
Take initiative in account management tasks, which include meeting up with clients, taking briefs, brainstorming, conducting research about brands and consumers, etc.
- No experience required
- Monitor work progress and keep in touch with clients during all stages (briefing, proposing, contracting, production, campaign management);
- Highly organized and responsible for delivering deadlines, status reports and internal reviews;
- Predict problems that may arise and prepare solutions;
- Assist in challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed;
- Assist Account Manager in daily account management tasks;
- Build and maintain client relationships;
- Complete weekly reports.
