Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Responsible for interfacing with all stakeholders (engineer team,
business development, and company heads) to demonstrate ideas
Collect, analyse and respond to user feedback, break down business requirements to smaller deliverables
Responsible for full product development tasks such as analyzing, conceptualizing, prototyping and validating new solutions of product that fit the target markets
Assist engineering team in full implementation of these features to make sure they are delivered as plan
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree 1-4 years of account management or other relevant experience
Strong listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
