Job Summary
With this position, you will identify and capture new business opportunities while nurturing long-term relationships with both dealers and end-users. You are responsible for delivering tailored solutions and driving growth through strategic upselling and cross-selling within your portfolio. By analysing market trends, you will develop data-driven account plans to ensure sustained performance and client satisfaction. Working closely with internal teams, you will deliver compelling presentations and exceptional service to meet and exceed corporate objectives.
CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
List the responsibilities (Key Result Areas and the major activities) that must be achieved in order that the job purpose is fulfilled. For each KRA, document the performance measure(s) (i.e., outcomes) which indicate successful accomplishment of that KRA.
- Building and maintaining contacts with dealers:
• Supervise and train dealers to promote and sell B2B products
• Build good relationship with dealers, to obtain market feedback and resolve issues with dealers
- Strategic product focus:
• Explore and identify dealers' strength and focus on strategic products.
- End user engagement:
• Explore on existing end user installed base.
• Identify market demand and trends
• Follow up sales leads via online lead generation (OLG) portal
- Exhibitions and fairs:
• Establish good relationship with dealers.
• Enable direct end user engagement
KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
Detail the contact with key stakeholders and the relationships required to effectively carry out the role.
· Collaborate and work closely with Product Management department, CS department, SCM department and Presales department to accomplish the assigned sales target.
· Work closely with Finance department for channel rebate payment
INNOVATION:
Outline the innovation, and the complexity of innovation, that the position requires.
· Establish strategy plan to strengthen CW and SD channel partners to further penetrate to respective market segment.
· Creative solutions to recommend to dealers and end users on CW and SD products.
Yêu cầu
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
• Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Printing Technology
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential. Japanese is a plus.
