1. Campaign & project management:
- in charge of project delivery from briefing, pitching to execution.
- take responsibility and strong management on timing, budget and client's expectation for each campaigns.
- prepare and ensure actionable insights in all reports delivered to clients.
- help to identify opportunities to implement solutions that increase the effectiveness and efficiencies including the development of tools, process and reports related to job responsibilities.
- continually explore and test new digital initiatives and tools.
2. Account team development:
- recruit and retain the current account team members.
- build team's bonding and capacity.
3. Build agency's portfolio with winning campaigns & core products. Become product's champion with clear showcases.
4. Client management: build core clients, retainer clients and trusted clients
5. Develop and/ or maintain a strong work relationship with other relevant partner agencies.
Yêu cầu
1.Three (3) years of digital marketing experience with solid understanding of digital marketing landscape in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
2. Excellent background and skills in managing sophisticated digital campaigns/programs across Paid, Earned and Owned Media.
3. Solid understanding of digital metrics and strong analytical & problem solving skills to create innovative solutions.
