Contemi is looking for a passionate, result-driven and sales-focused Account Manager (AM) to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. This opportunity is perfect for someone with an unmatched passion for understanding customer's needs and connecting the dots to make these customers continuously successful with our software and happy with our services. You will be the primary advocate for each customer, guiding them along a path to success and engaging resources across our organisation to accelerate success of these customers and the expansion of our products. You enjoy talking to customers, know what it takes to build trust and loyalty, and you use your insight from existing customers to ensure success with new sales. Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit Identify new business opportunities among existing customers. Connecting with Key stakeholders ( UK, NO,Singapore ) You will be responsible for for sales the Insurance and CRM products Discover and analyze gaps in customer experience and identify "early warning" signals - and work with cross-functional teams to address those signals Be the voice of the customer - use your insights to drive change in the team and in Contemi You will be a liaison between the customer and internal teams (including Sale, Marketing and Product Development /Delivery Team departments) to improve the entire customer experience. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

To be successful in this role you must have some of the following: Proven account management or other relevant experience with above 10 years experience focusing in IT, insurance and/or software development Have experience with insurance domain is a large plus Proven ability to understand technology, and clearly articulate value proposition to the customer Communication with customers in a way that creates trust Enjoy selling products and services in order to create value for customers Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities Demonstrable ability to communicate, influence Key stakeholders ( UK, NO, Singapore ) at all levels of an organization Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs Good analytical and problem solving skills Familiar with Agile development methodologies, Atlassian products ( jira , Confluence...) Fluency in written & spoken English language Adaptability and flexibility, ready for change Desire to create something big
