Your Role
As Specification Manager - Southeast Asia, you will be responsible for developing new customer accounts and strengthening EGGER's specification pipeline across the region. By building strong relationships with Architects,
Designers,
Developers, and Project Owners, you will actively influence project specifications and support sustainable business growth in Southeast Asia and neighbouring markets.
Your Responsibilities
Market & Stakeholder Development
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with Architects, Designers, Developers, Contractors, and Project Owners.
• Develop EGGER's specification presence across Southeast Asia through active market engagement.
• Identify and manage new and existing specification projects.
Project & Sales Support
• Support high-value projects in cooperation with customers and EGGER sales teams, particularly during early planning phases.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure project execution, product availability, and timeline alignment.
• Manage product and sample inquiries.
CRM & Market Intelligence
• Maintain accurate project, lead, and activity data in Salesforce.
• Monitor pipelines, forecasts, and market developments within the assigned region.
Brand Representation
• Represent EGGER within the Architects & Designers and developers community.
• Deliver product presentations, training sessions, and selected promotional activities, including events and trade fairs.
