- Developing and gaining acceptance of advertising strategies, proposals, and plans;
- Making presentations;
- Ensuring innovative and effective advertising;
- Building strong client relationships;
- Maintaining productive relationships within the agency;
- Managing workload;
- Preparing analyses and reports;
- Managing account budgets;
- Training and developing subordinates;
- Acquiring advanced account management capabilities.
Yêu cầu
- 3 years of experience in a similar position;
- Fluent in written and spoken English;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Preference will be given to candidates who can write proposals;
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in organizing events related to conferences, seminars, and exhibitions in the FMCG, nutrition, and insurance industries.
