Account Manager - Sports Business

PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF ROLE
The Account Manager - Sports Business is responsible for taking care and developing sports marketing service packages to meet clients' requirements and delivering clients' services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Main required duties of the Account Manager - Sports Business:
1. Client services:
Communicating with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed. Meeting & presenting DSV service to current & potential clients
Building strong client relationships to maintain current business and acquire new clients.
Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all client requests.
Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client's desires.
2. Visit stadiums/events, attending matches in Vietnam and overseas: take photos of sponsors booths, and sponsors logos inside of the stadium and prepare reports.
3. Management and operation of sports-related events (football, marathon, and others): work directly with football federations and other organizations, negotiate and follow up with projects, work with football clubs and arrange players for sponsors events and commercial shootings, etc.
4. Working with overseas agencies, football federations & other sports organizations: work and coordinate on organizing football matches and events.
5. Preparing contracts & other documents: contracts between clients and vendors for various projects in English and Vietnamese, working with legal, following up with the Finance team for payments, etc.
REQUIREMENT
1. Be able to travel domestic and abroad frequently.
2. Good presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English. Native Vietnamese
3. Willing to learn new things with a positive attitude, high ability to adapt to change, and proactiveness to take various initiatives.
4. Good collaboration with internal and external teams: the ability to socialize and synchronize with team members, clients, and vendors.
5. Good negotiation skills to achieve positive and desirable results.
6. Problem-solving skills: the ability to understand the points of the problem and the ability to find solutions.
7. Planning and event management skills: skill to brainstorm with team members, bring new ideas for client's marketing activities, etc.
8. Good at stress handling and ability to work under high pressure:
- Deal with stressful situations during projects;
- to stand pressures from the company's management and line manager and clients
- to calmly react to situations and face difficulties to solve together with team members and the line manager.
9. Time management skills: the ability to control and balance work with private life, be punctual with clients, vendors and colleagues, finish work in time, and do not waste time on social media, useless talks, etc
10. Knowledge of football, marathons, and other sports is preferable: understanding the basics of football, marathons working schemes of federations, football clubs, leagues, etc.
11. MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook are a must.
12. Have more than 5-year experience in advertising/ marketing agency
