Mô tả công việc
• Main purpose:
- Build and develop business partner force
- Drive productivity in business partner force and build leaders force
- Train basic training program and compensation program for new comers.
- Build and frequently update compensation training material
- Work with other department (Business partner, Marketing & Communication Department, Finance Department, Relevant - Government bureaus/agencies, Human Resource Department, Information Service Division) to well conduct workflow
• Responsibility area:
- Build business partner leaders
- Support business partner leaders to drive their group registration rates and productivity rate
- Conduct 8 hour training for basic training program
- Conduct product experience programs, business partner events, ...
- Conduct the other assignment from line manager
Yêu cầu
• Education and Experience
- Diploma of university degree or higher, major in Administration/Management preferred;
- 2-5 years professional experience in sales department of direct selling enterprises or in sales and agency management of traditional business enterprises
• Specific Knowledge, Skills and other Competencies (if any)
- Good in effective communication;
- Strong in planning and execution
- Good in focus on customer
- Best in collaboration & team work
- Good in presentation skills
