Mô tả công việc
Prepare and propose sales budget to superior Vietnam and plan for the assigned key account(s) and monitor self-performance in order to achieve account(s) growth targets.
• Proposed sales plan for account(s); determine targets for penetration and growth of accounts; coordinate with customer service support the territory; and support the maintenance of channeling strategies (with distributors) in order to achieve targeted sales growth for the assigned account(s).
• Create more opportunities in Industrial Segment by getting agents / distributors in Industrial Segment.
• Plan monthly forecast of shipment & orders to ensure achievements of quarterly sales target.
• Coordination with Energy's Technical Engineer to provide training / install sample units to distributors / direct customers to ensure distributors / direct customer are knowledgeable to use TE's products.
• Gather competitor information and look for opportunities to develop new products for customers in order to develop and sell products that better meet customer demands.
Yêu cầu
Industry knowledge and business acumen on commercial sales is a must
• Good English oral, written and presentation skills demonstrated by the ability to communicate across all levels within and outside of the organization
• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical Engineering) preferable
• Minimum 3 years experiences in Power & Utilities , Industrial Segment, Oil & Gas and account management and/or sales & marketing.
