Mô tả công việc
We are currently looking for a Client Relations Manager/Account Manager in Vietnam who will identify, develop, and deliver an effective, efficient, and insightful client service to a large diverse portfolio of clients, whilst maintaining and nurturing those client relationships.
You'll work proactively and in collaboration with the account management team in order to grow your designated client through additional service and product offerings. You'll recommend and facilitate presentations to ensure that your client base has the most appropriate service offering. This role will also be responsible for ensuring and increasing customer satisfaction.
In addition you'll be expected to:
Execute sales and retention strategy to maximise revenue opportunities from existing clients
Develop strong, customer focused relationships with all portfolio clients and be their principal point of contact.
Provide an outstanding client experience across your portfolio
Ensures services are delivered to clients' expectations through the development and implementation client retention strategies and the continuous improvement of client satisfaction scores.
Contributes towards a high-performing team and plays an active role as a high-performing team member.

Yêu cầu
Willing to work on a fixed term contract. (Maternity leave cover)
Must be a college graduate in Marketing, Sales, Management, Business Administration, or any related courses.
Has 3 years or more experience in in-depth knowledge and understanding of PR, social, media, insights industries, current media issues, competitor behavior & strategy.
Excellent communication skills; good written and verbal English and Vietnamese; able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and with external parties.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, G-Suite, CRM databases and be able to adapt quickly with the new technology.
Proven capability in hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas, identify the root causes of problems and generate good solutions.
A positive and determined approach to researching and analysing new business opportunities with the ability to upsell & cross sell.
Must be a college graduate in Marketing, Sales, Management, Business Administration, or any related courses.
