Mô tả Công việc
An Account Manager coordinates everything and everyone to make sure no details fall through the cracks. He/she shall combine a great creative and strategic thinking, sales with customer service.
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT (50%):
Prepare, present & sell strategies, communication plan, creative concept and execution plan to clients
Successfully lead team to run and manage the projects on day to day basic to deliver project quality, good profit and client satisfaction.
Be responsible for team's KPIs (Billing and profit).
Be capable to allocate the budget effectively, judge the quotations and add value to the daily jobs to control the strategic direction, communication plan, creative concept and execution plan to client;
Foresee problems/issues/crisis as they arise, seeking the best solution for team/company/client;
Be capable to support team to solve issues, problems during execution;
Build up source of external suppliers. Able to negotiate and ensure margins;
Together with Head of Account planning in client strategy, service strategy and team strategy to build up a successful organization.
CLIENT SERVICES (25%):
Business Development: support SAM/AM to approach new clients to sell company credential;
Strategy: Effectively work with team members to develop innovative ideas & strategic direction;
Client services: Develop relationships with potential clients, suppliers, talents and other valuable resources are met;
Consult with client on project/category issues & provide actionable & proper digital solutions;
Negotiate and manage Clients on behalf of DNA Digital and make sure all requirements are delivered on time and beyond expectations.
TEAM LEADERSHIP (25%):
Lead, inspire and drive the team (incl. internal team) to achieve the objectives (billing, profit, client building, people development and process improvement);
Lead by sample and generate an environment of collaboration among the team;
Develop team by coaching and training to improve skills;
Contribute in working process improvement (internal, inter-companies and external).

Qualifications/ Professional knowledge/ Major: BA degree (Economic, Marketing, Communication)
Working experience in the similar position: At least 2- year experiences at the same position (Account Manager).
Actual experience in Digital Marketing field: 3+ years of account management in agency company.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Be passionate, enthusiastic & energetic in working & learning new things;
Be willing to work under high pressure & fast-changing pace environment;
Be honest, open, outgoing, adaptable & diplomatic;
Good communicator, in person & writing;
Good at listening, negotiating & motivating people, even with pressure;
Have own style, clear attitude & point of view;
Have result-driven mindset with attention to detail
Have advance knowledge of branding, marketing & technical trend;
Have experience in good managing integrated digital campaign would be advantage;
Perfect in presentation skills, communication skills and technical skills;
Fluent English;
Good in excel/word/ power point skills.
