DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as the point of contact for clients for digital & Social management matters.
Communicating with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed.
Build strong, long-term client relationships, and maintain frequent contact.
Hunt, assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective clients.
Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests
Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client's desires
Acting as the client's representative in a firm to ensure that their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience.
Analyze the effectiveness of digital & Social campaigns.
Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity.
Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Leadership skills to delegate tasks and provide guidance to help employees deliver exceptional work to clients
Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to find creative solutions to complex issues clients may be facing
Industry knowledge to implement and oversee compelling campaigns relevant to the industry and its audience
Develop, execute, manage and on-going optimize business plan to grow MoM & YoY of team revenue.
Collaborate with and steer external agencies as well as other service providers to execute e-commerce strategy to achieve market share, profit and brand equity targets
Always work towards those goals.
Set up a list of KPIs to track for each client.
Keep abreast of new trends in digital & ecommerce technology.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
2 years of working experience as a Digital Account Manager.
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success.
Friendly and Optimistic.
Critical thinker and problem.
Energy, enthusiasm and the ability to work under demanding targets.
High level of analytical and organizational skills, and excellent attention to details.
Excellent communicating and interpersonal skills to work with different departments.
Great interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
BA in Marketing or similar relevant field.
