Job description:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives to foster long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with internal teams to join and contribute to pitch presentations, showcasing the agency's capabilities and innovative
digital marketing solutions.
Oversee project management, ensuring timely and efficient execution of campaigns while meeting client expectations and budgets.
Assign tasks and manage the account team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, providing regular updates on project progress, performance, and results.
Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling, and work with clients to expand the scope of services provided.
Lead and motivate the account team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in account planning, with a focus on creative and digital advertising.
Strong understanding of creative concepts, digital advertising channels, platforms, and best practices.
Proven strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute innovative and effective campaign strategies.
Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and persuasively to clients and internal teams.
Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
