Act as the primary point of contact and develop long-term relationships with Aviation clients.
Develop growth strategies tailored to each specific account.
Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling activities.
Identify client needs regarding staffing and technical solutions.
Propose services and solutions, providing support during the presales process.
Prepare commercial proposals and contracts.
Manage contracts, SLAs, and CSAT; handle client feedback effectively.
Manage risks and escalations from both clients and internal teams.
Coordinate with DM/PM to ensure services meet client expectations.
Perform other duties as requested by superiors.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or relevant field.
3-7 years of experience as an Account Manager within corporations/ companies in the IT Services/ Outsourcing industry.
Proficient in English (all 4 skills: Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing).
Deep understanding of IT solutions within the Aviation/ Logistics sectors is an advantage.
Solid knowledge of SLA models, contracting, and pricing strategies.
Ability to read and understand BRD/SOW at a business level.
Proven experience working with multiple stakeholders.
Confident communication and excellent presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Proficiency in conflict management and crisis handling.
Energetic and proactive at work.
