Manage and maintain relationships with the company's existing client portfolio
Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal departments
Receive client requirements, propose suitable solutions, and monitor project progress
Ensure service quality and maintain high levels of client satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Tech, etc.) to execute projects
Track contracts, revenue, and performance metrics (KPIs)
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities from existing clients
Handle issues and maintain long-term client relationships
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree or College degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
1-3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Service, or Sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure
Experience in [Marketing/IT/Agency/... customizable] is a plus
English communication skills are an advantage
