The Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting long-term business partnerships.
YOU WILL:
Account Management & Client Relationship:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct regular business reviews and client meetings to understand customer needs and expectations.
• Proactively identify opportunities to expand services and increase account value.
• Ensure timely resolution of client concerns by coordinating with internal teams.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Business Development within Existing Accounts
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing customer accounts.
• Collaborate with delivery and operational teams to propose suitable solutions that align with client objectives.
• Support contract renewals and account growth initiatives.
• Prepare account plans and business reviews to strengthen customer partnerships.
Others:
• Work closely with operations, delivery, finance, and recruitment teams to ensure service quality.
• Coordinate internal resources to support client requirements and project success.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and business development activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry developments, regulatory changes, and technological advancements that may impact the business.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Account Manager within the IT industry.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken); able to communicate effectively with international stakeholders.
• Proven Capability to drive sales; ability to prospect new accounts and create a strong value proposition for the client.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.
• Ability to develop ongoing rapport with clients and deliver value and relevant information.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Adaptable to change with an ability to learn quickly.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in using CRM software, marketing automation tools, and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
•Working time: Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM, with flexibility to work outside standard hours as needed for internal team meetings or client engagements.
